The object of the research is the process of interaction of the factors and conditions of the economy of the state, which predetermine processes of development. The purpose of the research in the thesis consists in generalisation of the methodological approaches to determination the factors and conditions of development of economy and in working out methodical bases of the mechanism of managing the development of economic systems. Research receptions and equipment. In the work the methodology of the system analysis, methods of a comparison, methods of the analysis and synthesis, methods of regression and trend analysis, method of scientific generalisations are used. The practical significance of scientific outcomes of the research is that the obtained conclusions and generalisations can be used in further study of getting grow and developing of a society , public relations, in a research of theoretical and methodological problems of creation of the state and development of public institutes. The scientific novelty of obtained outcomes is that in the work the mechanisms are developed and the new methodological approach to management of economic systems is justified. For the first time the classification approach to study of economic systems is offered. This approach in difference from accepted in modern economic practice distinguishes macro -, midi -, and minieconomic ties and ensures more clear level fixing of the strategy and mechanisms of their development; The mechanisms of inducing the development of economy at a state and regional level are developed. In difference from existing, they take into account the tendencies of informatiszation and standardisation of economic processes, and also tendencies of modifications in ideology and system of values, as instruments of managing the development; The approaches to definition of conditions of operation of different levels of economy, that is a basis for diversification of their economic strategy and emphasise of the separate managing factors for reaching the purposes of development has improved; Has received further development realm of general principles, which are used during development of the concepts of development of economy, that allows more substantiality come construction and co-ordination with the strategic purposes of development of economic systems of each level; Area of use were considered and used while developing the Resolution of meeting on discussion the project of Energetic Strategy of Ukraine on period till a 2030; is accepted to consideration and is recommended for use by the Kharkov Municipal council; used in educational process of faculty of Economics and Management in V.N.Karazin Kharkov National University.
