Advancing of a system of toxicological and monitoring researches in veterinary medicine of Ukraine.In the dissertation the results of examinations, which have been carried out by state laboratories of veterinary medicine, are presented. These examinations have included determination of toxicant residuals in forages, pathological material, foodstuffs of an animal parentage, water. The experience of works of toxicological departments of regional state laboratories of veterinary medicine, their material maintenance are described. On the establishment of obtained results the deductions about a sanitary and toxicological state both safety of forages and products of an animal parentage in Ukraine, level of contamination by pesticides, toxic elements, nitrates and nitrites, alkaloids, glycosides, mycotoxins residuals are made. The materials on elaboration of a complete set of the normative documents, "Veterinary and sanitary norms and de-mands to quality of feed for barren animals" are submitted. The Plan ofstate monitoring of toxicants residuals at products of animal parentage on Ukraine for 2002, 2003 was corrected with the demands of EU. The plan provides examina-tion of products of an animal parentage on the basic parameters of safety, methods of determination and terms of sampling.
