Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the scientific background of conceptional and practical ways of legal regulation of Ukraine's international cooperation in the sphere of double taxation. The dissertation researches a new system of international relations, which appears in the result of existing a new phenomenon double taxation, and it also investigates a complex of public-legal and private-legal problems that appeared in this sphere. Several scientific conclusions were made. Possible ways of solving this problem, where motivated among them the treaty regulations of the double taxation problem is the most important.
