Osovsky O. Formation of the regional strategy of small business development

The dissertation is devoted to scientific and methodic basis for small business formation and development. The object of research is the subjects of business activities - businessmen, small enterprises of different forms of property and branches of economy, which has been established on the territory of Zhitomir region. The work reveals the essence, regularities and conditions for small business establishment and development in the region. The reasons, which negatively influenced the activity of small business in the region, are determined. The mechanism of small business development strategy formation is improved. The valuation criteria for small enterprises activity, perspective model of small business development, which is based on program product MathCAD Pro 2000 are proposed. Methodical approaches towards organizational and financial mechanisms of the state support of entrepreneurship inculcation are proposed.
