Object of research - state of A-Vitamin nourishment of different age groups of cattle? dry-stalled cows, new - born cows, new-born cows and signs of their physiological status, calving and reducing of reproductive function of cows, indices of biological quality of colostrum. The purpose of research - experimental and theoretical substantion of physiological process optimization in organism of dry -stalled cows, growth and development of new-born offspring by means of feeding FPMC to cows-mothers before 1 and 2 months of calving and to youngers during preventive and milk periods of growing in conditions of Polissya of Ukraine. Methods of research and egnipment - physiological, biochemical, immanological, clinical, zootechnical. A microscope, chamber of Horyaeva, photoelectrocolorymetr, cabinet drier, analytical weight. Theoretical and practical results: It was proved the biological and economical reasonability of fattening with feed preparation of microbiological carotene to dry-stalled cows (before 1and 2 months of calving), which improve their physiological state, biological guality of colostrum, course of calving and post-calving reducing of reproductive functions. It was shown a preference for wags of using FPMC throngh the organism of cow-mothers iat the last period of pregnancy, which secured not only high level of their resistence and the growth energy of new-born calves, but also pre- - and postgeneric state of cows. The novelty: for the first time - is received new facts about the influence of feeding with fodder preparation of microbiological carotene during the period of deep calving of cows on physiological state, natural resistance of organism, course of calving and reducing of reproductive functions. Biological quality of colostrum under the action of preparation was studiet. Positive action of experimental preparation on growth energy and blood indices of young calves during winter-spring period was determined. The degree of introduction: the results of experiments were introduced in CAV "Pershe Travnya", Popiljnyanskyj region, Zhytomyr distriet and educational process for students of higher schools of zooengineering and veterinary profiles. Sphere (area) of use: economies on the production of milk and beef in Zone of Polissya of Ukraine.
