Object of a research: processes of shaping of the new organisational forms of management of a potential of joint-stock company in modern conditions of managing. Research receptions: the analysis - for want of definition of influence of conditions of operation of the enterprises of a pharmaceutical industry in Ukraine on volumes of a commercial production and revealing of the factors correlatives - regressions which influence these processes; the system approach - for want of definition of potential possibilities of the enterprise, for want of definition of a structure is organisational - economic of the mechanism of development of the enterprise; a method of logic modelling - for want of addition of concept "potential", for want of definition of directions of maintenance of constant operation of the enterprises of a pharmaceutical industry, for want of choice of principles of shaping of the strategy of development of the enterprise. Scientific novelty. The conceptual model of operation of a control system of a potential of the enterprise because of cyclical development of economic processes is developed which creates actual possibilities for definition of an optimum level of potential possibilities and their actual use. Structural interaction of elements of a control system scientifically is justified and is supplemented by a principle potential possibilities of the enterprise, which enables to orient a gain of the managers on dynamics of use of the factors both conditions of an internal and external medium of operation. It is offered diagnostics of a potential and adjustment of control procedures as for want of to evaluation of internal reserves (growth of volume of production; cost reductions of production; Increases of productivity of work) and for want of to evaluation of reserves of a market medium (marketing direction). Main outcomes of work is lead up to a level of the practical offers and recommendations: the methodical recommendations for an evaluation of needs of the consumers and paths of theirsufficing through optimization of use of potential possibilities are developed; the technique of a measurement of a market potential of the enterprise is developed during innovatsion-investment activity; the offers concerning efficiency of use of material and human resources, maintenance of stability, competitiveness and possibilities of economic growth and effective operation of business are developed.
