Kudyn S. Corporate Property in the Market Transformation of Ukrainian Economy.

There are analyzed the main approaches to definition "ownership" as well as economic schools' visions of social and economic efficiency of ownership forms. Also explored peculiarities of stock companies formation and the main tendencies their development in modern economy. Conducted the analysis of stock companies activity of different property forms and found the reasons of lower efficiency of productive activity of state owned stock companies. Generalized the world experience of ownership reformation and on that basis proved the perspectives of formation of progressive structure of ownership in Ukraine.
