Aleksandrov O. Shared-Joint Relations and forms of their implementation in financial sphere of transitive society

Subject of research: system of production relations within the framework of market transformation of economic. Objective of the research: detection of socio-economic meaning of leasing, factoring, franchise and forfeiting as contemporary forms of shared-joint relations implementation and specification of means and methods of their application within transitive economics. Methods of research: induction and deduction; theoretical integration; analysis and synthesis; abstracting; system-structural approach; logical, functional and statistical analysis; scheming of economical phenomena interconnection; modeling; mathematical interpretation of economical processes. Results, novelty: 1) methodology of joint-shared relations analysis has been used to investigate economics; thus their social and economic nature has been better explored, 2) leasing, factoring, franchise and forfeiting have been indicated as forms of joint-shared relations implementation. The above said forms prove to maintain civilized level ofinterrelations within the framework of market economy and contribute to new institutional environment formation in Ukraine, 3) leasing as a form of joint-shared relations implementation is specified as a new device of investment risks decrease by means of demarcation of ownership and control relations, 4) franchise as a form of joint-shared relations implementation has been proved to be a modern mechanism of partnership development between Ukrainian and foreign companies, 5) factoring and forfeiting have been discovered as absolutely new methods of bankroll turnover acceleration as well as new means of formation of contemporary financial culture in transitive economics, 6) there have been presented practical solutions for overall development of leasing, factoring franchise and forfeiting by updating of Ukrainian legislation, 7) it has been revealed that it is necessary to implement national and regional training and retraining programs on leasing, factoring, franchise and forfeiting.
