Essay

The ethnopsychological research devoted to the adaptation problems of German resettlers in Ukraine is presented. Using the ethnic functional approach, the author investigates various aspects of sociopsychological adaptation and considers the components of ethnic identificative process: value orientations, historical and personal experience, problems of native language and national culture. Author recommends the certain methods of the diagnostics and psychotherapy for the ethnically determined depressive states, which are often according the complex adaptative processes of etnik migration.
