Kim T. Unemployment in transformational economy: reasons, forms, tendencies

The object - the labour market and socio-laboural relations of the transiting economic systems. Objective - knowledge, concerned the unemployment problem in the transforming economy summarizing and systemizing, the quantity and quality staff graduation, the influence to economic and social development determination, the scientist methods for optimizing the state labor market adjustment forming. Methods - historical, systemic, and statistical analysis, systemic-logical, structural-analyzis methods. The unemployment research methodology as a social risk of the job loss developed on the basis of globalization, regionalization, transformation and structural reforms influence analysis in the present terms; the classification of unemployment types in the different economical systems is developed; the primary reasons and factors of transformation unemployment on the different levels of society relations are defined and systemized; the forms of structural unemployment in the transformang system are marked andcontently uncovered; the definition of marginal unemployment is developed; the consequences of unemployment in Ukraine are systemized; the conclusion about considerable correlation rejections of the summary and registered unemployment level in Ukraine and it's regions is substantiated, and this is the basis for the regional development program; the complex of increasing the social defense level of unemployed is suggested; the practical offers how to increase the level of employment are developed.
