Object - public attitudes which develop during realization of actions concerning application of the contract on passage of military service in Armed forces of Ukraine; the purpose - the complex analysis of the legislation; materials of practice and the scientific literature on a question of acquisition of armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations of Ukraine by military men under the contract; studying of experience of conducting countries of the world; development of scientifically proved recommendations directed on improvement the current legislation of Ukraine; methods of the forecast, general scientific, rather - legal, logiko-semantic; novelty the complex comparative analysis of the legislation on passage of military service under the contract for the first time is carried out; are determined the maintenance and conditions of the contract on passage of military service in Armed forces of Ukraine; results - materials of the dissertation can be used in scientifically research, law-creative, educational, law-enforcement spheres.
