The objects of the research are the forms, methods and mechanisms of the state and market regulation of agricultural industry. The purpose is the argument of the proposals for improving the directions and forms of financial-economic regulation of the agricultural enterprises activity. Scientific novelty includes: deepening the theoretical aspects of financial-economic regulation of the agricultural enterprises, activity determining regularities and tendency of the development the agricultural enterprises, and of the enterprises meat, milk and flour-milling and grouts industries. The methodical approaches are advanced to shaping the main system elements ensuring the process of the regulation, which is offered to refer the assessment of financial-economic condition of enterprise, determined by means of motivated and goal-directed system of the factors, as well as grouping the financial-economic balance between the source of the recourses arrival and their use.
