Essay

Object: socioeconomic processes in the boundaries of a territorial economic complex of Chernivtsi region. Aim: a deepening of scientific bases of an evaluation of features of a course of transformation socioeconomic processes in conditions of reforming of economy and search of paths of management by them in the boundaries of concrete region. Methods: system, graphic, statistical and comparative analysis, SWOT-analysis, expert valuations. Results: the author's classification of transformation models of socioeconomic development of region is offered, the hypothetical logic-block diagram of perspective transformation of functions of territorial management is constructed. Use: in programs of socioeconomic development of region, in lecture rates.
