3 The object of research is a loss of manpower at the enterprises. The purpose of research is formation and realization of basic approaches to prevention of losses on the basis of complex development of theoretical methodical and practical questions of organization and economic maintenance of prevention of losses of manpower at the level of industrial enterprises. The methods of research are as follows: structural and logic analysis,grouping, functional and cost analysis, economic and mathematical ones. Theoretical results and novelty are the new theoretical approaches to decision of the task of prevention of losses of manpower basing on the character of interrelation of the economic laws; the mechanism of organization and economic maintenance of prevention of losses of manpower. Practical results and novelty - is offering of classification of losses of manpower; the model of maximizing of profit of an enterprise is an effective element of the mechanism of maintenance of prevention of losses of manpower at the level of an enterprise. A degree of introduction: scintific results were discussed at 4 conferences, published in 8 papers and introduced at two enterprises. Sphere of use: industrial enterprises.
