Solodkyy V. Reforming of the Housing and Communal Services in the Region (Rivne Region as a sample).

In the dissertation theoretical and methodological bases of the territorial organization of housing and communal services are deepened, principles and problems of the today's branch's development are determined, methodological approaches to the estimation of the efficiency of housing and communal services reforming are proposed. On the basis of the complex approach to the estimation of the efficiency of housing and communal services of the region functioning analysis of the field's development is made as well as factors of negative influence on the situation in the branch are established. The mechanism of housing and communal services regional development management improvement is proposed. Conceptual bases of the field's development are worked out, directions and measures of the housing and communal services reforming in the region are determined and substantiated. The essence of the socio-economic efficiency of the branch functioning is determined as well as prognosis of housing and communal servicesregional development is given.
