Novak I. Didactic model of the criminal-investigation department officers for the Border Troops of Ukraine

Investigation object - the training process of the criminal-investigation department officers for the Border Troops of Ukraine. Investigation aim lies in working out, theoretical substantiation and experimental checking of the didactic model of the criminal-investigation department officers for the Border Troops of Ukraine. Investigation methods - theoretical analysis and generalization of philosophical, sociological, psychological and pedagogical sources concerning didactic modeling, list forming of personal qualities, which are the basis for working out the model of professional training. The verifying experiment foresaw the usage of pedagogical observation, conversations, questionnaring and questioning, expert judgments which were used to study the state of educational activities in the NABTU. They also helped to determine the basic criteria, indices and levels of the cadets' readiness for criminal-investigation activity; the formative experiment was used to check the educational process effectiveness which was built according to the worked out didactic model of the specialists' training for criminal-investigation department; mathematical statistics methods, comparative analysis were used to process the experimentally gained results and ascertain qualitative dependence among investigated phenomena. Theoretical and practical results -theoretical provisions and thesis conclusions create conditions for the criminal-investigation officials' training improvement for the Border Troops of Ukraine on basis of the suggested didactic model utilization. Methodical recommendations as to the future criminal-investigation officials' educational process improvement have been worked out. They help to increase the effectiveness of their service activities. Introduction novelty - the didactic model of the criminal-investigation department officers for the Border Troops of Ukraine has been worked out, theoretically substantiated and experimentally checked for the first time; the complex of socio-economical and psycho-pedagogical conditions for adequate professional motivation forming has been determined; pedagogically expedient content, organizational forms and methods in the process of expedient educational activity have been used; further development was achieved in determining the list of personal qualities needed for the criminal-investigation activity, appropriate skills and habits; criteria, indices and levels of the cadets' readiness for criminal-investigation activity have been determined. Introduction degree - the research results have been introduced into educational process of the National Academy of the Border Troops of Ukraine named after B. Khmelnytskyi. Utilization sphere (branch) - educational process of the higher military educational establishments.
