Object of research - system of preparation of the experts with higher education for sphere of physical culture and sports of Ukraine; the purpose of research - to reveal the objective preconditions formation and development of marketing activity of high educational institutions of a sports structure to determine its place and role in improvement of personnel maintenance of sphere of physical culture and sports in Ukraine; methods of research - analysis of the scientific literature, analysis of the legislative and normative documents, method questionnaire design, method of comparison, method of the system analysis, method of mathematical statistics, method of modelling; novelty - for the first time are considered the contents, structure and organization of marketing activity of high educational institutions of a sports structure in Ukraine during formation of the market relations; Are determined the main parameters of the modern market of work in sphere of physical culture and sports - supply and demand of the goods " a labour of the expert on physical education and sports " are characterized, the character of dependence of a condition of parameters of the market from socio economic conditions of development of sports education in Ukraine is revealed; the features of use of marketing in activity of high educational institutions of a sports structure are revealed which are caused by a complex of the factors: by the achieved degree of quality of preparation of the experts on physical education and sports; by ability of high educational institutions of a sports structure adequately to react to changes of demand in the branch market of work; by readiness of a management and collectives of high educational institutions to use marketing; by a condition of a control system of high educational institutions; The preconditions of organization of marketing activity of high educational institutions of a sports structure are determined in view of specificity of Ukraine, which reflect necessity of the decision of a number of basic tasks methodical, organizational and social - psychological of character; the theoretical model of marketing activity of high educational institutions of a sports structure in conditions становления and development of the market relations is developed, which difference is the maintenance of use by high educational institutions entire complex of marketing measures; results - the theoretical model of marketing activity of high educational institutions of a sports structure is developed, are generated is scientific the reasonable offers to State committee of Ukraine on physical culture and sports, high educational institutions of a sports structure, concerning organization of marketing activity of high educational institutions of a sports structure in Ukraine; is introduced into educational process and activity of State committee of Ukraine on physical culture and sports; Sphere - physical culture and sports.
