Reshetnikova T. Organizational and economic methods of management of enterprise competitiveness

Object of research: Processes of industrial organizations' competitiveness management. Purpose of research: Theoretical background and development of organizational and eco-nomical methods of competitiveness manage-ment directed to increase stability of industrial organization under conditions of market compe-tition. Methods of research: technical and eco-nomic analysis, system analysis, decision mak-ing theory, risk management theory, economic and mathematical methods, marketing methods. Results: conceptual approaches to increase level of marketing stability of Ukrainian machine-building plants were developed; main indicators of organization's competitiveness and parame-ters for their estimation were defined; applica-tion of expert methods to estimate and forecast level of organization's competitiveness was grounded; developing of organizational and economic and analytic principles, mechanisms and approaches to quantitative estimation, analysis and forecasting of industrial organiza-tion's competitiveness level; model approaches to resolve the problem of effective use of finan-cial resources were defined; development of methods of managerial decisions' preparation and making within industrial organization's management system based on models of quanti-tative research of competitiveness.
