Teresсhenko S. Investment processes in conditions of social-economic transformations

Object of research: investment processes in economy in transition of Ukraine. Purpose of re-search:. Theoretical background and development of investment processes' activation mechanism in Ukrainian economy in transition and defining rec-ommendations as to its implementation. Methods of research: method of logical aggregation, system and complex approaches; analysis and synthesis, data aggregation method and comparative collation. Re-sults: the definition of notion investment was speci-fied on the basis of critical analysis of its different modifications; author's classification of investment was given; criteria for investments classification were outlined, as the basic criterion was chosen the object of monetary funds investment; mechanism of organization and stimulation of investment resources movement while forming industrial and financial group was developed; author's concept of state role in investments of Ukrainian economy was proposed; the need of state participation in resolving the prob-lem ofinvestment resources accumulation in Ukraine was argued; antagonisms of investment processes that occur due to privatization were analyzed and mechanisms for their tempering were proposed; methodological approaches that allow to perform the selection of investment projects were systematized; on the basis of analysis of implied investment pro-jects effectiveness estimations methods concluded expedience of use the compounding method based on raising monetary flows; action to improve in-vestment climate in Ukraine were proposed.
