Object: region innovative activity and the features of its development. Aim: complex development of theoretical, methodical and applied aspects of region innovation policy forming and organizational-economic mechanisms of rising of the efficiency of its realization. Methods: systematic, indexation, multifactorings. Results: the theoretical bases of formation of regional innovation policy are generalized; the method of estimation of region innovation potential is developed; the organizational-economic mechanisms of realization of region innovation policy are offered; the graphic model of the institutional provision of region innovation activity is developed; the system of regulation of innovation activity in the region is formed. Use: in regional programs, in administrative bodies, in educational process.
