The object of the research: the lymphoid cells apoptic processes peptide regulation. The purpose of research the study of peripheral blood lymphocytes apoptosis processes regulation by thymus and renes peptide complexes under the physiological conditions and modulation of their intracellular regulatory systems for the pro-founding knowleges about the physiological immune system cell regulation. Methods of research were: immunocytochemical, morphological, moleculobiological. Theoretical and practical results: at first we received the results concerning the thymus and renes peptides physiological activity which aimed the lymphocytes apoptosis in a peripheral blood regulating processes that performed by mean of the Bcl-2 expression changing. The method of testing of peptide substances immunotropic activity on the basis of the apoptosis processes investigation has been performed. The declarative patent for the investigation has been received. Degree of introduction: the results of performed investigation are innovated in the teaching work at the physiology, biochemistry chairs of the Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy of Poltava town. The area of application: medicine.
