Object of the study:cervical leucoplakia, clinical and metabolic disorders in women organisms with this pathology. Purpose of the study: Efficacy promotion of cervical leucoplakia treatment based on research results of vaginal microbiocenosis, uteri and ovarium echosemiotics, immune and hormonal homeostasis, lipoperoxidative condition, elaboration and application of optimal diagnostic and curing methods. Methods of the study: bacterioscopic, bacteriological, reactions of direct and nondirect immunofluorescense, EAST, colposcopic, cytological, hystological, echosonography, immune status was studied by EEAC and radial immunodiffusion methods, peroxydative and antioxydative systems condition was studied with gaseous chromatography and spectrophotometry, the hormons levels were studied by radiometric methods. The obtained results were processed by methods of statistic analysis. Practical significance of the obtained results:The necessity to study the microbe composition of the large intestine before administration of anti-helicobacter therapy in patients with duodenal ulcer associated with Helicobacter pylori who complain of meteorism and defecation disturbances was substantiated. It was determined that slight and moderate disturbances in the mi-crobiocenosis of the large intestine in duodenal ulcer associated with Helicobacter pylori could be eliminated with standard anti-helicobacter therapy and its alternative variants Novelty of the obtained results:For the first time there was proposed the complex approach to diagnosis and treatment of cervical leucoplakia based on clinical and metabolic peculiarities researches using traditional inspecting methods (clinical, bacterioscopical, hystologycal, colposcopical) and special methods (reaction of direct and nondirect immunofluorescense, EAST, echosonography, immune, lipoperoxydation, hormonal status examination. Studing of various developing and sustuning cervical leucoplakia factors (age, menstrual, sexual, reproductive functions, desease duration, surgical treatment of cervical pathology in anamnesis) got the furthes development. The condition of vaginal microbiocenosis was studied at first. Uteri and ovariorum echographic peculiarities in cervical leucoplakia were studied for the first time. The data of immune homeostasis, lipoperoxydation in cervical leucoplakia under influence of various factors (duration of pathological process and its surgical treatment in anamnesis) were obtained at first. Revealed clinical and metabolic abnormalities in cervical leucoplakia lead to disturbances development in women body which are marked by hypoestrogeny, vaginal disbacteriosis, chronical cervicities, changes in immune and lipoperoxydative status. Introduction: Thesis results of the work were introduced in the work of maternity weljare clinics maternity hospitals, city hospitals, materials of thesis were included into the training programme of gynecology and obstetrics chair in Zaporozhe state medical university. Sphere of application: Medicine, gynecology and obstetrics.
