Izotova K. Creation of an actuation medium of the operator - welder of large - sized details at operation of high temperatures

The thesis is devoted to development of methods and resources of creation comfortable on temperature of an actuation medium of the operator - welder of large - sized ring details heated because of technological reasons to high temperature. The method of build-up of model of an estimation of substantial quality of activity of the operator - welder is designed. For its implementation the experiments which have permitted to construct a complex metric of quality of activity and model for definition of a rational duration of continious operation and rest of the operator - welder are carried out. The models of allocation of temperature of air in a working area of the welder for a condition of absence of cooling, for a condition of layout of friorific pipelines on height of a working area of the welder designed and at a forced ventilation of a workstation, and on their basis the resourses of protection of the operator welder from thermal effect are selected. The area of an economic feasibility of carrying outof frigorific protective measures is installed.
