Kremen L. Clinical hemodynamic, humoral peculiarities and treatment of heart failure patients with disordered diastolic function.

The comparison of the various therapeutic regimens impact on the clinical course, left ventricle systolic and diastolic parameters and some humoral pathogenic factors of CHF (atrial natriuretic peptide level (ANUP) in the blood plasma, angiotensin converting ensyme (ACE) activity in the blood serum) and revealing of relation of these parameters wqith ACE gene genotype were used with the purpose of optimisation of treatment of the patients with syndrome of congestive heart failure including the diastolic variant. The results of the comparison and evaluation of metoprolol and nebivolol efficiency in the complex therapy of the patients with CHF within the 3 month course treatmen were represented. The improved parameters of the left ventricle diastolic function was more pronounced in the patients who got nebivolol. The expediency of irbesartan included into the complex therapy of the patients with heart failure was demonstrated. Combined iACE and irbesartan administration favoured the improved humoral profile with the increased level and reduced ACE activity.It permitted us to suggest the additional properties of irbesartan.
