Object of research - process of functioning of a grain-products subcomplex of agro-industrial complex of Vinnitsa area. The purpose of research - the further development of theoretical-methodical bases and applied aspects of formation and functioning of the organizational - economic mechanism of marketing and realization of its strategy in areas of a grain-products subcomplex of region, definition of efficiency of their application. Method of research - statistical-economic, abstract-logic, economic-mathematical, balance, questioning and expert estimations, monographic. Theoretical and practical results - the theoretical analysis of concepts of marketing is lead; features of development and a place of a Vinnitsa regional grain-products subcomplex are determined; ways of improvement of marketing activity of the enterprises of a grain-products subcomplex are offered; the analysis of system of marketing in a grain-products subcomplex is lead; the optimum long-term plan of development of all areas of a grain-products subcomplex of a region is developed; the potential of intraregional, interregional and external commodity markets of grain-products the enterprises of the region is designed; the offered variants of probable strategy of marketing activity of the enterprises of region; the simulated scripts of development of marketing system on the basis of vertical and horizontal integration; parameters for the analysis of intensity of a competition in the grain-products markets of Vinnitsa region are systematized. Novelty inculcate - it is specified features of modern system of marketing in the grain-products market and its influence on formation and functioning of separate parts of a grain-products subcomplex is proved; the system of parameters for the analysis of the competitive environment in the market of a grain and products of its processing which basis is parameters of distribution of market shares, is offered to profitability and dynamics of the market; tendencies of formation of a supply and demand, a conjuncture of the grain-products markets in Vin nitsa area are offered; new approaches to definition of real demand have been applied depending on structural distribution of the population and a consumption level of bakeries; strategy of development of a grain-products subcomplex of region for the period up to 2010 year is developed and is proved potential opportunities of commodity markets of its production. For a basis of the developed strategy the optimum offer of a grain-products is accepted depending on demand for them; have received the further development approaches to development of marketing strategy for the enterprises and areas of a grain-products subcomplex in which basis the criterion of maximization of incomes of all participants of a technological-marketing circuit is put; the economic-mathematical model of optimization of structure of a grain-products subcomplex of region is developed. Degree of introduction - results of research take root into practical activities by Vinnitsa Marketing-Analitic Group and Nemyriv Combinate of Cooperativ Industry. Sphere of use - the enterprises of a grain-products subcomplex, the regional organizations of state regulation.
