Об'єкт дослідження - the studies concerning the sound traces and their theoretical , juridicial and information aspects. Mета дослідження - the clearing up of the possibilities of the crimilalistic"s methodes elaboration concerning the human identification according to the physical characteristiques of the oral speech'. Методи дослідження - а) general scientific (systematic, systematic and structural, logically semantic, historical, historical and legal); b) special scientific (comparatively legal, formally juridical); c) sociological (questioning, poll, interviewing). Теоретичні результати і новизна - the stated theoretical principals may serve as starting scientific base for subsequent research of the problems concerning the forensic acoustics and the elaborated proposals will be help the developpement of the theorie concerning the court-ordered appraisal with the respecting of the practice needs. The scientific novelty of the work is that the thesis is the first monographic research in Ukraine, which is devoted to the problems concerning the determination of forensic acoustics. Практичні результати і новизна - the proposals, stated in the thesis can be used for the practice activity of the court examination institutions. Ефективність впровадження - the proposals and recommendations are positively estimated.
