Yarovoy S. Organizational and legal support of educational work in educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

Thesis is devoted to the complex research of theoretical and practical problems, connected with organizational and legal security of educational process, realized in departmental institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. Special attention is paid to substantiation of legal character of this phenomenon and to elaboration of special legal regulation of interaction between subjects and objects of education while they attend their official duties. Attention is paid to social and educational phenomenon of education research as moral and ethnic imperative relating to conscious and behavior of the officers working in different bodies of internal affairs. Attention is also paid to examination of existing theoretical and methodical approaches of educational process cognition essence in the mechanism of executive power of sovereign, independent, democratic, legal, social state; to definition the place and role of educational, social and psychological work departments, their sense in the matterof education of highly trained police specialists.
