Kulish A. Organizational and Legal Guarantee of Tax Policeman Status

Thesis is devoted to the research of organizational and legal guarantee of the bodies, services and divisions of tax policemen status problems. Social and legal characteristics of state service in divisions of tax police, concept of rank and file and command staff of tax police legal status, specifics of legal regulation of state service in the bodies of tax police are specified. Content of rights, duties, restrictions and cultural and ethic demands concerning the way of behavior of the bodies, services and divisions of tax police personnel is analyzed. A number of propositions to improve guarantees of tax police rank and file and command staff service passing, its social and legal protection and legal responsibility for omitting or not appropriate execution of their duties are formed.
