KARBOVNYK S. Small and Medium-Sized Foreign Trade Business in the Economics of Ukraine.

The thesis is dedicated to the research of questions of participation of small and medium-sized enterprises in the foreign trade relations of Ukraine. In this dissertation the economic essence of small and medium-sized foreign trade business, its role and functions in home economy are clarified. Main factors influencing a development of SMFTB are determined. Evolution of SMFTB in the context of the development of world economic science is traced. Macroeconomic instruments of regulation of foreign trade functioning of small and medium-sized enterprises are investigated. On the base of analysis of the development of SMFTB in Ukraine with the purpose of increasing its effectiveness, the economic and legal principles for improvement of business legislation are determined here and suggested recommendations concerning organized functioning of institutions of open market economy and development of infrastructure; some measures for building of optimal organizational structure for regulation of SMFTB in Ukraineand effective credit-guarantee mechanism its activity stimulation are offered.
