The Aim is creation of me- thological and methodical principles for forming investment po- licy and activising investment processes in the sphere of tourism and recreation and search the effective methods of using some of them. Methods of choosing the basic ways of increasing inves tments to toutists-recreation complex and ways of improvement of its effectiveness were offered. The system of analysis of resu- lts of investment activity in tourists recreation sphere was sugges ted, it includes effectiveness of investments,quality, productivity, profitability, innovation, the scope of social effect.
