In the thesis the theoretical and practical problems of the investment of the small enterprises in the transitive economy are considered. The course of the research is directed on search and effective utilization of the investment resources of the small enterprises in the unsample conditions of the formation of the market economy in Ukraine. Therefore, the research of the influence and consequences of the macroeconomic politics on the investment of the small business, generalization of the world experience of the investment support of the small business, analysis of the levers action of the norm-legal regulation of the investments.
