Essay

The dissertation is devoted to a problem of state regulation of development of small business at a regional level. Are analysed and the importance of enterprise structures at a mitigation of negative consequences of the latent unemployment, problem of attraction and use of the investments by the enterprises of small business is determined. Submitted model of attraction of investment resources, where the designed integrated parameters of investment appeal of the small enterprises. The role of the taxes in small business is considered and the activity of transition of the small enterprises on the simplified system of the taxation is analyzed.
