The thesis is dedicated to analysis and mining of idealized rules, methodical and practical guidelines concerning formation of competitive environment in economics of Ukraine. In activity supplemented also have found further development scientific rules concerning the modern tendencies of existence a competition and monopolies in market economy. Has received further development the idealized substantiation of model of competitive environment of economics of Ukraine, which one integrates members of a monopolist and clean competition, has general features and definite specify. Is certain, that the processes of privatization and privatization are a determining member of creation of competitive environment, and completing there is a process of development of market patterns on the commercial basis. Thus can test only separate monopolies, existence which one economically inexpedient for economics, that is there should be selective demonopolization. World antimonopoly regulation also is certain capabilitiesof his usage in economics of Ukraine in view of an international conjuncture and competition.
