3. The paper describes the theoretical summarizing and the new solving of the problem on central hemodynamics' reactions to different types of stress in healthy males. It was established that hemodynamic reactions to different types of stress depend mainly from type of circulation and are modulated by psychoemotional features. It was determined that normotensive persons with high basic cardiac output (more than 35% from due level) react by increase of peripheral esistance on arithmetic mental test and on isometric handgrip while males with moderate elevation of basic cardiac output (10-35% from due level) react on different types of stress by its further growth. Healthy males with high basic total peripheral resistance (more than 35% from due level) show increase of cardiac output during arithmetic mental test and isometric handgrip while those with moderate elevation of basic total peripheral resistance (10-35% from due level) react on mental arithmetic test by increase of cardiac output and on isometric handgrip by growth of total peripheral resistance. Higher anxiety and aggression levels in subjects with hypotension and those with high basic cardiac output can be connected with nonoptimal hemodynamic reactions to different types of stress. Psychocorrection in people with those types of circulation leads to optimization of hemodynamic parameters.
