The hypertonic-hyperoncotic solution (combination of 10%NaCl with 6% pentastharch in proportion 1:1, doze 8 ml on kg of body weight) were used for resuscitation in pediatric severe sepsis and septic shock. They (vs. normal saline, 6% pentastharch and dextran 40/10% NaCl) promotes fast increase preload, pump fuction of left heart, decrease afterload and increase cardiac output and oxigen delivery. The hypertonic-pentastharch solution are eliminated stress-reaction, are not cause essential and prolonged acidosis, increase kidneys excretion sodium and osmolal active substances, improve glomerular filtration and eleminated a shock caused antidiuretic hormone activity. The combination 6% pentastharch/10 NaCl promotes fast reduction of organe failure and decrease deas rate in children septic shock and severe sepsis.
