The immunological status was researched by the standard procedures with definition of the parameters cell's and humoral's immunity.Practical significance: Simple and reliable technique of protection from tinned transplant rejection in infected wound is developed. The proposed technique is proved by results of conducted researches, by local application of new combined preparations on hydrophilic base with antibacterial and absorptive properties. Healing process of activated significantly.Scientific novelty: For the first time on the experiment of researches the features of implantation and modification of a tinned transplant in infected wound are determined. It is proved that the local application of combined preparation antibacterial and stimulating reparations of a wound provides optimal improvement of healing process limiting tissue inflammatory response while healing of a wound with primary tension.
