Pokotylenko R. The Mechanism of Formation and Provision of the Economic Security

Object of the study - process of the state management development in the context of the national security, economic, social and regional policies. Objective of the study is development of the conceptual framework for economic security, improvement of its normative-legal and managerial provision. Subject of the study is an organizational and economic mechanism for formation and provision of the economic security. Methods of research include economic-statistical and sociological analysis, ranking, marking, index method, comparison, sociological survey, interview, expert estimation. Theoretical and practical results are as following: theoretical background for economic security and its conceptual apparatus are improved, its place in the system of national security is determined; the state of economic security is estimated and the threshold values of its indicators are offered; the directions are shown for improving the legislative and normative-legal basis to provide the economic security; the recommendations are elaborated the economic security in the strategy of state and regional management. Novelty is in determining the quantitative value indicators of economic security under conditions of Ukraine, as well as priority economic interests, economic threats and basic directions for providing the economic security; the conceptual framework for economic security is improved, as well as the normative and legal provision for economic security as the subsystem of national security and economic policy. Degree of introduction is Council for Security and Defense of Ukraine, Ministry of Economics and European Integration of Ukraine, Ministry of Labour and Social policy of Ukraine. Sphere of application covers legislative and executive authorities, state and regional administrations.
