Postnikov S. Strategic state management by formation of the region agriculture

Object of research - state management by agriculture of Ukraine. A subject of research - strategic state management by formation of the region agriculture. Methods of research - analysis and synthesis, methods of economic-mathematical modelling, mathematical statistics, mark estimations, consecutive concessions. Scientific novelty of the received results - decision of a scientific task of strategic state management by conversion of the out-of-date organisational and industrial forms on modern in an agriculture of large industrial region. It is opened in the following new scientific results of research: the further development was received by methods of adaptation of world experience of state management by agriculture in conditions of Ukraine economy; the economic-mathematical simulation is created which enables the state to predict development of a region agriculture by different groups of the agricultural manufacturers; the circuit of realisation of system of the economic-mathematical simulation of construction of the organisational and industrial pattern of a region agriculture in two stages is offered; the technique of construction of the simulation of organisational and industrial structure of an region agriculture is granted; the directions of specialisation of execution of different groups of the manufacturers are defined; the recommendations for improvement of state management by organisational and economic potential of Donetsk region agriculture are given and the mechanism of their realisation is developed. The practical significance of the received results consists that the application of the offered developments allows to generate state strategy of formation of region agriculture, enables state bodies of management to direct on market bases development of an agriculture, that creates the preconditions of raise of efficiency of sectoral management. The basic results of research are used by Main department of an agriculture and foodstuffs of Donetsk regional state administration for creation the state program of business development in the Donetsk area agriculture and preparation of strategy of formation of agriculture as the constituents of the program of scientific and technical development of Donetsk area for the period till 2020, by agricultural enterprises of Donetsk area at formation of their organisational and industrial structure.
