Lytvyn A. Mechanisms of state regulation of retail trade in Ukraine

Object of research - functioning of retail trade in Ukraine. An object of research - logic, principles and ways of formation of mechanisms which are connected with process of state regulation of retail trade. Methods of research - a method of the logic analysis; - a method of the системно-structural analysis; - a method of optimization. Scientific novelty of the received results - for the first time is scientifically proved necessity of state regulation of such especially market area, as retail trade taking into account the state opportunities of regulation financial and институционной an environment of area; the new point of view on демонополизацию, a privatization and creation of the competitive environment; - it is advanced complex system of parameters and factors; - the technique of definition of parameters (factors) of an environment which influence motivation of work has received the further development and make a basis for a choice of necessary motivational model with studying political, economic, national, ethnic, social and other features, to definition of partial weightiness (importance) of each factor and group in general; - Have received the further development of a direction of complex development of system of state regulation by trade enterprises which are based on the constructed economic-mathematical model of system of state regulation of retail trade as the marked conditions, improvement of a communication policy(politics). Practical value of research is caused by the following: offers be relative демонополизации retail trade, improvement of the antiexclusive legislation, concerning the given sphere; Recommendations concerning realization of an effective privatization of retail trade enterprises; the offers directed on development of business in retail trade of Ukraine, in particular, on improvement of system of patenting; recommendations for state regulation of development of a retail trading network under conditions of market economy, definition of organizational structure of a municipalgovernment of trade and functions of its subitems. Results of dissertational research, conclusions and specific proposals were in part used at development of conceptual bases of development of Donetsk area till 2010, Donetsk облгосадминистрации (the information(inquiry) 432/92 from 20.08.2002 years).
