Essay

Research object clinical nitrate-nitrite toxicosis. Research purpose: to find out toxicodynamic at the initial stage of modeled nitrate-nitrite toxicosis in rats and young bulls by the injection of different doze of pyridoxine hydrochloride and to give the comparative valuation of its influence with ascorbic acid. To motivate the reasonability of combined using of therapeutic doze of such preparation at nitrate-nitrite toxicosis. Research methods: pharmacological, toxicological, clinical physiological-biochemical. Scientific novelty: It was studied the exchanges of some indices of physiological state of organism, metabolism and enzyme activity in rats blood and bulls after injection of pyridoxine hydrochloride and the initial stage of nitrate-nitrite toxicosis and it was determined its optimal doze for intoxication prevention. Degree of application: At modeled highmentioned toxicosis it was done the comparative valuation of action of different doze of pyridoxine hydrochloride and ascorbic acid and their combined influence on bulls organism by the condition of nitrate-nitric toxicosis. The level of introduction thanks to the results of investigation it was got one patent of Ukraine. Range of application: in educational process of veterinary pharmacology, toxicology, pathological physiology of farm animals.
