Musika V. New antibacterial preparation borocyn 4 % at the poultry colibacterios and salmonelos

The dissertation is devoted to development, study and analysis of epizootic situation spreading of poultry colibacterios and salmonelos in Ukraine, development and application in manufacture of a new fluoroquinolon preparation borocyn 4%. At definition of some toxicology parameters (sharp toxicity, cumulation) was established, that borocyn - 4 % is not toxicity at it аdministration to laboratory animals and poultry. The researches of borocyn 4 % stability carried out in two stages. At the first stage the physical - chemical properties of ofloxacyn resynthesized substation by parameters which characterize its quality: solubility, melting temperature, contents of sulphate ashes, loss of weight at drying, absorption in IR and ultraviolet ranges, specific parameter of absorption. In further these parameters were used at study of borocyn stability. At the analysis of the spectral characteristics of a preparation borocyn (IR and Ultraviolet-spectrums) at study of its stability was prescribed a invariance ofthe basic absorption lines of preparation at all studying stages, this is evidence of absence of destructive changes in the offered composition. On the basis of the received researches results of technological parameters of preparation storage, complex of the toxicobiology analysis, development of application technology and economic efficiency, there was developed the normative documentation.
