The object is intellectual property as a reflection of the property relation system in a specific form; the aim - a contents definition and peculiarities of realization of intellectual property in the conditions of transitive economics and improvements of its protection; the methods - economically-statistical, comparative and factor analysis; the novelty - the core characteristics, theoretical models and practical mechanisms of macroeconomic influence on the national economy dynamics were determined basing on a complex theoretical and methodological research of forming and development of the intellectual property; the results - well-grounded principles of price creations on the products of intellectual activity and methodological approach and recommendations to their value appraisal; the fields - the higher education.
