Udovenko A. Effective shifts structure of a building complex in conditions of transformation of economy of Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to the research of theoretical, methodological and practical directions of building complex (BC) transformation under conditions of Ukraine's economy reforming. The comparative analysis of traditional and market BC was given and perspective development directions of it market type were determined. Innovative BC directs to the attraction of economy nontraditional branches in the building activity. The BC market transformation is directed to the acceleration of Ukraine's economy development. The renovated BC conception is based on the progressive restructuring of building activity. Classical theoretically methodological and scientifically practical bases of BС are supplemented with interbranch relations in the context of economic, regional and ecological factors. The offers of building activity growth also were formulated: attraction of direct foreign investments, innovative branches of economy, self-investment of objects construction, restoration of agrarian sector of economyand innovative rural BС, acceleration of investment projects and capacities recoupment.
