Object - technology of high-speed winding of a string on a package which carry out on reeling mechanisms providing an allocation of a string with small inertia; the purpose - increase of efficiency of technological process of a rewinding. Scientific novelty of the received results consists that the technology of high-speed winding of a string on a package has received the further development, consisting in alignment of a tension of a string without infringement of conditions of an allocation with small inertia, thus, for the first time it is offered to level a tension of a string reeled up on a package by moving the device for an allocation of a string concerning a formed package; results - speed of a rewinding 45 м/s is achieved. Results of the carried spent researches are approved with positive result on Open Society " Kherson cotton combine ". The sphere of use are plants of textile industry.
