Object of the study: Pregnant (12 - 24 week gestation) with the danger of miscarriage. Purpose of the study: To study the characteristics of clinical immune state in women with development of danger of miscarriage. To determine the character of influence of these changes on the state of endocrine system and metabolism activity. To validate theoretically and prove with clinical observations the possibility and efficacy of systemic enzyme therapy (SET) in complex treatment of miscarriage. Methods of the study: clinical laboratory, clinical instrumental, statistical. Practical significance of the obtained results: The worked out protocol of SET application together with TDT allowed to improve the efficacy of miscarriage treatment when compared with TDT alone. The fact of disturbance of the immune system state, endocrine system and LP activity in women with miscarriage. Improvement and normalization of the determined parameters after SET+TDT administration allows to optimize methods of treatment in danger of miscarriage, namely, protocols of this type of therapy. The indications to the use of SET in combination treatment of miscarriage were developed basing on the obtained findings, which allowed to improve the efficacy of treatment for this pathology. Novelty of the obtained results: Special attention should be paid to comparative assessment of SET used alone and that in combination with TDT. The integral response of the immune competent system in the women with danger of miscarriage allowed to conclude that in treatment of this pathology SET alone is less effective than combination of SET+TDT. For the first time complex assessment of the level of dysfunctional state of the immune and endocrine system, metabolism activity (LP) in this group of women was done. Maximum total corrective efficacy on the IS, PL indices and hormone-producing ability of the combination SET+TDT when compared with SET and TDT alone was demonstrated. Such activity of SET+TDT correlated with the improvement of the clinical state of the pregnant women. Introduction: The suggested complex approach to the correction of the IS state, endocrine system and PL intensity in women with the danger of miscarriage is used in the work of gynecology and maternity departments of City Clinical Maternity Hospital (Kharkiv), day-time in-patient department of the hospital, gynecology and maternity departments of Regional Clinical Hospital and Maternity Hospital No. 1. The obtained data about the diagnosis and treatment of the danger of miscarriage are used in the teaching process of Perinatology and Gynecology Department of Kharkiv Medical Advanced training Academy when studying the respective topics.
