Jakymchuk T. Negative psychical states in the punishments execution institutions and their psychocorrection

This thesis is dedicated the problem of the negative psychical states, those imprisoned and punishment execution institutions workers. It has been conducted a psychological analysis of the professional activity of the workers and imprisoned. It has been defined indicators, levels and mechanisms of anxiety, frustration, aggression and other negative states of a person in special conditions and its activity in the punishment execution institutions, and factors they are determined by. It has also been conducted comparative analysis of the negative psychical states of the workers, who are in contact with them, and those who don’t, and of the imprisoned. It has been defined a negative influence of the mentioned states of the imprisoned on an emotional sensitive sphere of the mentioned institutions workers. It has been worked out and practised a programme of a social-psychological training for the workers and programme for their individual psychological consultation aiming to decrease negative states level.They can be practically used in the psychological work in the institutions of criminal-execution system.
