It is for the first time that expediency has been substantiated a low-invasive method of controlling the adrenal gland state in the postoperative period developed which, through analysing patient's complaints in the prelaboratory period, highly reliably reveals a decreased function of the ipsilateral adrenal gland in the patients who underwent radical nephrectomy, assesses results of treating patients with adrenal failure.
