Filkin M. A strategic model of development of production management

Object of a research is the process developmental stage of development of systems production management. The purpose of a research consists in generalization of the methodological approaches and development of a strategic model of development of a system and practical recommendations for production management in conditions of the market attitudes. Research receptions: the methodology of the systems analysis for want of research of the tendencies and perspectives of possible modifications of a structure of economic systems is used. The methodological basis of a research was made with principles materialism dialectic, association logic and historical, deduction and induction. The statistical materials Goskomstat of Ukraine, Minprompolitiki, holding DMZ, datas of the domestic and foreign scientific literature are used statistical and information basis. Novelty: The methodical approaches to definition of correlation's between vertical control functions at different hierarchical levels for the first time are developed, proceeding from a structurally functional division of labour and professionalism of managing frames; the strategic model of development of control systems of production because of of effective interaction of all functional subsections oriented on reaching of ultimate goals for want of realisations of the concept of advancing development is developed; programming of lead in the certain directions of activity; has received further development: on basis of a research of the mechanism of shaping of administrative solutions on an example of the enterprises of holding DMZ and Minprompolitiki the recommendations for increase of efficiency of systems production management are as a whole developed; are developed the positions of rather functional integration of the strategic purposes, and also fundamentals of management of a strategic potential of the enterprise (holding) are conceptual. Practical significance of outcomes of a research. The strategic model of development of control systems of productionis developed can be used for want of to development of the strategy of development of region. The obtained theoretical development and methodical approaches can be used in educational process. The developed algorithms, standards and recommendations will be useful in practice of operation of industrial complexes.
