Tran Q. Labour stimulation in tranclational economy

The object of the research is the system of labor relations formed in the process of labor activity, its management in transitory economy. The object of the research is to determine the principles of constructing a national model of stimulating labor under the conditions of economy in transition on the basis of researching the essence of labor stimulation, its historical forms and dominant factors. Methods of the research are systems analysis of social phenomena, abstract and logical, dialectic, statistical and economic, balance, institutional analysis, comparative approach to labor stimulation study, method of analogy and comparison, of analysis and formalization, methods of graphical reverberation. Results, novelty: 1) Due to the application of systems centrist approach it was possible to substantially supplement the research methodology of labor stimulation by combining the institutional, socio-economic, organizational and economic aspect of analysis. 2) It was also possible to determine the mechanism of labor stimulation as a unity of object stimulation on macro and micro levels, social institutes and organizations, direct and indirect ties between them, which in the concentrated form are reflected in the system of socio-economic indices. 3) On the basis of analyzing common features of labor stimulation in the command system as initial conditions for transformational processes it was possible to determine the directions of singling out the essential features of posteconomic system of stimuli as the objective transformation goal. 4) The main recommended directions of increasing the state role in transitory period include the improvement of labor stimulation by creating institutional environment which would provide transparency and openness of social and labor relations, mutual benefits of both employers and employees as for wages and incomes; conducting macroeconomic regulation which would correspond to the economic development needs and which would yield to measures of national production stimulation;implementing of various stimulating system of labor payment in state sector. 5) It was proved that the stimuli system in transitional economy on micro level is supplemented with additional function of compensating social instability of the society. 6) It was possible to determine and characterize the peculiarities of the national model of labor stimulation in
