Yevtushenko V. Ecological-economic relations in system of a public choice

Subject of research: social reproduction processes of ecological-economic relations in the macroeconomic level. Objective of the research: to theoretical substantiation of essence of ecological-economic relations and development of recommendations on use of the public choice mechanism in formation of effective governmental ecological-economic policy. Methods of research: dialectical, historiographical, systemic, statistical analysis and theoretical abstractions. Results, novelty: 1) determines the system of ecological-economic relations, it depicts their object-subject characteristic based on levels of their formation and realization, 2) it's proved that a necessity of use of mechanism of a public choice as a theoretical-economic basis of formation of modern ecological-economic relations system, 3) classification of external ecological-economic effects by various criteria is carried out, 4) methodical recommendations for assessment of the negative and positive ecological-economic effects are offered, 5) to provide ecological-economic sustainable the model of making social resolves has been developed, 6) structural model of the contemporary state ecological-economic policy was elaborated, 7) methods of the state- and market- led regulation of ecological-economic relations were systematized. Sphere of usage: lectures and specialized academic course studying the issues related to state ecological-economic policy and public choice.
